This role involves driving DFM from concept to production, ensuring rigorous quality engineering, and owning dimensional strategy and inspection methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics manufacturing or quality engineering, with deep proficiency in GD&T, CMM operation, and various manufacturing processes. You will lead DFM/DFA reviews, define dimensional management, develop inspection plans, and manage NPI quality deliverables to ensure high-quality product shipments.
