As a Senior Engineering Manager on the AI Developer Experience team at Temporal, you will lead a team focused on empowering builders by delivering a frictionless, standardized ecosystem of core engineering and AI tools. You will act as an internal Forward Deployed Engineer, partnering with teams to accelerate safe and effective AI adoption while also providing feedback on Temporal's own AI products. This role involves setting the direction for AI-assisted development, building paved paths for developer workflows, and owning the internal AI platform strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developer productivity, AI tooling, and the ability to drive adoption of new workflows across an engineering organization.
