Fluidstack is seeking a Principal Operations Engineer, Mechanical, to be the senior technical authority for operational mechanical and cooling infrastructure across their hyperscale AI data center fleet. This role involves leading site assessments, reviewing designs from an operational perspective, and owning mechanical operational readiness for new sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with critical mechanical systems, including chilled water, chillers, cooling towers, CDUs, and direct liquid cooling in live environments, and will be instrumental in scaling Fluidstack's infrastructure to 10s to 100s of GWs.
