Associate People Business Partner Talent Boston, MA Boston, MA RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute core People processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, triaging questions and concerns while exercising sound judgment and escalating more complex or sensitive issues as needed.

Manage standard employee relations matters, including performance concerns and low- to moderate-risk cases, in partnership with PBPs.

Support and participate in the execution of recurring People programs (e.g., performance reviews, engagement surveys, benefits administration) with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Act as an extension of PBPs by managing workflows, tracking action items, and ensuring progress across team- and org-level initiatives.

Maintain and audit employee data across systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

Support basic administrative aspects of immigration processes, including document collection, case tracking, and coordination with external counsel and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve documentation, and enhance the employee and manager experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, administrative support, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail with a track record of managing processes and data with accuracy and consistency.

Experience handling foundational HR responsibilities, including facilitating standard or basic employee life-cycle processes.

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and follow through independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with HR systems (e.g., HRIS) and handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.

Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution and organization.

Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high level of ownership in a fast-paced environment.
