We are a well-funded San Francisco–based AI startup—founders with multiple exits, frontier R&D team of PhDs & ex-Googlers. Launching a new B2C product and creating a new category: personalized software. Our AI generates a custom stack of mini-apps from user problems.

Your mission — build a TikTok content machine. Create & post daily videos, drive users into our funnel, collect pain points, and help shape the product.

What you’ll do
– Produce short videos (scripts, filming, basic edit; AI tools optional)
– Track TikTok trends, adapt memes, run rapid experiments
– Engage users (comments/DMs/calls), gather insights
– Go broad → test segments → narrow to high-value audience & optimize conversions
– Report metrics: views, CTR, installs, activation, retention

Requirements
– 2+ yrs TikTok / social media growth
– Basic video production (CapCut or similar)
– Data-driven mindset + creative intuition
– English Upper-Intermediate+ (Advanced preferred)

Nice to have
– Mobile apps (productivity / wellbeing / mental health)
– Reels / Shorts / influencer campaigns
– Willingness to relocate to SF later (visa & logistics covered)

Compensation
Base $3 000–$3 500 /mo. After trial — salary bump, KPI bonus, stock options & founding-team title.
