Positron AI is seeking a Principal ASIC Power Engineer to own the power architecture, estimation, optimization, and verification for their AI accelerator roadmap. This role is critical for ensuring industry-leading performance-per-watt and meeting aggressive power and thermal constraints. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of ASIC design experience with deep expertise in low-power design techniques, UPF/CPF flows, and power analysis tools like PrimePower and Joules. You will collaborate cross-functionally and leverage AI-driven tools to achieve aggressive power targets in production silicon, shaping the power foundation for a new generation of AI inference accelerators.
