About Us
We’re Shout About Us, a SaaS platform that provides review management APIs & data for platforms & agencies. We’re in the middle of a strategic pivot to become an AI-first, API-driven infrastructure company for review management — inspired by companies like Recall.ai and Segment. Our mission is to be the partner SaaS platforms choose when they want to build their own review product.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Fractional Product/CTO Advisor (1-5 hrs/week) to work directly with our CEO and development team (10 engineers) as we:
-Build SDKs and implementation guides to make our APIs dead simple for partners to integrate.
-Leverage MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI agent integrations to future-proof our infra.
-Define our developer experience (DX) playbook — sample apps, sandbox environments, onboarding flow.
-Coach our offshore dev team on best practices for AI/infra products.
-Advise on roadmap & product prioritization to stay ahead in a rapidly shifting AI/infra space.
Ideal Profile
-Ex-founder, VP Product, or CTO at a developer tools, infra, or AI/API company (e.g. Recall.ai, Twilio, Algolia, Segment, Supabase, Pinecone, etc.).
-Strong track record of building SDKs and APIs that developers adopted.
-Deep understanding of MCP/AI integration patterns and where AI infra is heading.
-Experience guiding distributed teams (our dev org is in India).
-Enjoys fractional/advisory roles and motivated by high-leverage impact.
Commitment & Compensation
-1-5 hours per week
-Mix of cash + small equity (flexible based on fit)
-Initial 6-month engagement, with potential for ongoing collaboration
