Armadin is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - Research to join their team in Palo Alto, focusing on redefining proactive security in the AI era. This role involves driving the post-training roadmap for AI models, ensuring their capability, reliability, and alignment, and building benchmarks for quality. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in CS/ML or equivalent experience, with deep hands-on experience in post-training techniques like SFT, RLHF/RLAIF, DPO, and reward modeling. You will be responsible for turning security experts' tradecraft into model capabilities and shipping these techniques into production, while also staying at the forefront of research.
