Monumental is seeking a Software Engineer with deep knowledge of software and modern 3D computer vision to join their team in Amsterdam. This role involves building an operating system for robotics to automate on-site construction, tackling challenges like 3D reconstruction in difficult conditions and sub-millimeter accuracy for robot placement. The ideal candidate will develop algorithms for localization, mapping, and state estimation, design vision systems, and implement robust, production-level code. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the construction industry by shipping frequently and iterating fast.
