Engine is seeking a Director, Revenue Operations - Outbound to optimize and scale its high-velocity outbound sales motion for both SMB and Enterprise segments. This role is critical for ensuring the outbound engine runs at full capacity by owning systems, pipeline data, and operational rhythms.
