The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, including 2+ years of people management experience, and a strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud architectures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customers realize maximum value from the Emergent platform by partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams.
