Simile is seeking a Member of Technical Staff for their Research Infrastructure team to build and optimize the ML platform for human behavior simulation. This role involves designing data schemas, accelerating training and serving pipelines, and managing GPU clusters to enable researchers to deploy production simulations rapidly. The ideal candidate is a systems and ML expert with proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks, who thrives on pushing technical limits and owning problems end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
