ZyG is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead and optimize their retention and CRM efforts, owning the full customer journey from execution to strategic design. This role involves building and scaling ZyG's CRM infrastructure, defining lifecycle strategy, and translating insights to power their AI-driven Lifecycle & Retention Agent. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2C CRM or retention marketing, a creative and analytical mindset, and a strategic approach to building scalable systems. You will be responsible for key retention KPIs and collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
