Scale is seeking a GTM Recruiter to join their expanding Recruiting team in San Francisco. This high-impact contract role involves partnering with Sales and Operations teams to shape hiring strategies, build diverse pipelines, and deliver a world-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technical environments, with proven success hiring for GTM, sales, ops, and/or AI/ML talent. This hybrid position requires 3 days per week in the San Francisco office and offers a pay target of $75 per hour.
