Rundoo is seeking a Tech Recruiter to own University Recruiting and employer branding, with the opportunity to grow into full-cycle technical hiring for Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of campus recruiting experience who is eager to expand their responsibilities. You will manage intern programs, establish university relationships, and represent Rundoo at events like Hack the North, working closely with the Head of Talent and R&D leaders. The ideal candidate is organized, takes ownership, and is passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience for students and early-career professionals.
