Robinhood is seeking a Customer Experience Manager, Core Services, to lead a high-performing, customer-facing team in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX. This role involves coaching and developing team members, ensuring performance targets are met, and elevating the customer experience, all while fostering an inclusive team culture. The ideal candidate will possess active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 (or 9/10) licenses, prior leadership experience, and deep subject matter knowledge in financial services, particularly equities and market mechanics.
