Zocks is seeking its first Staff Product Designer in Budapest to shape the product and design culture of an AI startup focused on financial services. This role offers strategic ownership and autonomy, requiring a senior IC who can lead through craft, systems thinking, and mentorship without direct reports. The ideal candidate will own design for complex AI-powered products, elevate craft standards, and influence product direction, thriving in ambiguous, 0-to-1 contexts. Fluency in both Hungarian and English is required, along with deep experience in B2B or enterprise product design.
