Faire is seeking a Lead Creative Producer to own and scale end-to-end creative production for global marketing campaigns. This role involves both hands-on execution and strategic planning, ensuring campaigns are delivered with speed and creative excellence from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will define and elevate production processes, improve cross-functional alignment, and drive operational rigor across various teams and external partners. You will manage campaigns spanning film, video, photography, audio, motion, and 3D, including localization and compliance, formalizing the operating standard for campaign production at Faire.
