We are seeking an exceptional Robot Autonomy Engineer to develop the decision-making stack for industrial robots, translating goals into coordinated and reliable behavior. This role involves owning the entire autonomy stack, from task and behavior planning to path and trajectory planning, ensuring robots operate efficiently and safely in real-world applications. You will design behavior architectures, implement principled task planning, coordinate multi-robot motion, and integrate advanced AI reasoning like LLMs and VLMs. The ideal candidate will have an MS or PhD in robotics or a related field, with real-world experience in classical motion and behavior planning, and proficiency in Python and C++.
