Trase Systems is seeking a GTM Engineer, Healthcare, to build and operate their top-of-funnel system using AI tools and automated workflows. This role is not a traditional SDR position; instead, it focuses on engineering systems to generate high-quality pipeline and book meetings. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, sales ops, rev ops, or growth, with a strong background in building and configuring GTM tooling like Clay, Apollo, and Salesforce. This individual will be responsible for researching and scoring target hospital accounts, configuring intent signals, optimizing outreach sequences, and gathering market intelligence to refine Trase's positioning and ICP definitions.
