Tools for Humanity (TFH) is seeking an Infrastructure Lead for the World Chain team in San Francisco. This role involves owning the production systems behind World Chain, ensuring the reliability and operational maturity of core chain infrastructure, including sequencing, block building, node operations, RPC, upgrades, observability, and recovery. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of infrastructure experience, with at least 2 years designing and operating high-availability L2 infrastructure or distributed systems in production. You will lead a team of engineers, define operational strategies, and scale the network safely over time, contributing to a global human network designed for the age of AI.
