Parloa is seeking a Director of Security Engineering to fully own and shape the security strategy for its fast-scaling AI platform. This builder role involves defining product and platform security, leading and growing the security team, and owning application security across the SDLC. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in security, with significant experience leading teams in cloud-native environments and a genuine curiosity for AI security. You will be instrumental in building trust with customers by ensuring the highest security standards for Parloa's AI-native customer conversation platform.
