BackOps is seeking its first in-house Founding GTM Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for their rapidly growing Sales, Customer, and broader go-to-market teams. This high-volume role requires a relentless sourcer with 4-7 years of experience, particularly in early-stage or high-growth startups, who excels at identifying and closing passive, high-caliber GTM talent. The ideal candidate will own the entire recruiting process, from sourcing strategies to closing candidates, and will have significant input into building the commercial organization at a company redefining supply chain infrastructure with AI.
