Manifold Bio is seeking an AI/ML Scientist specializing in Protein Foundation Models to join their AI team in Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA. This role involves accelerating the development of foundation models fine-tuned on Manifold's proprietary experimental datasets, directly improving their generative antibody design model, mBER. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in pre-training methodology, architecture development, and large-scale training, owning projects from architecture selection to evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity to apply deep experience in protein foundation models to unique, large-scale in vivo screening data and directly impact drug discovery programs.
