Scale is seeking an Engagement Management Lead to operate at the center of its most strategic customer relationships within the Generative AI business. This role involves serving as a trusted operator and thought partner to leading AI research teams, advocating for customer data leaders and engineering/operations teams. The ideal candidate will own a portfolio of complex projects, build deep trust-based relationships with customers, and navigate difficult conversations while identifying expansion opportunities. A strong background in B2B client-facing roles, technical understanding of the ML training lifecycle, and 5+ years of experience in consulting or technical product/program management are desired.
