This role involves maintaining a clean and safe shop environment, assisting with facilities upkeep, and supporting preventative maintenance on machines. The General Helper will gain hands-on exposure to various manufacturing tools and processes, learning directly from experienced machinists and technicians. Candidates should have 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or a similar operational role and a "no job too big or small" mentality.
