As the founding GTM Recruiter at Factory, you will be instrumental in building and scaling critical growth teams including Sales, Field Engineering, and Customer Success. This highly visible role requires a strategic talent advisor who can partner directly with leaders to define talent strategy, shape organizational design, and attract exceptional talent.
