As a Solutions Engineer, Enterprise at Scale, you will be on the front lines, partnering with Account Executives, Product, and MLEs to secure technical wins with innovative companies. This role involves leading prospective customers through pre-sales, delivering customized demos and pilots, and scoping technical requirements to develop actionable Statements of Work. You will leverage your expert Scale product and GenAI knowledge to design solutions, build strong relationships, and manage projects, ensuring customers become passionate, lifelong Scale users. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, experience with Python/Java, and a track record of independently solving technical challenges in a client-facing capacity.
