As a Field Deployment Engineer at Harmattan AI, you will be responsible for deploying and sustaining ground systems in the field, combining hands-on installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting with the creation of documentation and training materials. This engineer-level role requires essential dual hardware and software capabilities, focusing on integrated systems rather than pure development or technician work. You will also enable local deployment teams and interface with engineering, requiring a high travel rate and extended on-site campaigns. We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of field experience with complex hardware/software systems and strong communication skills.
