As the Software Group Leader, you will be responsible for owning the software strategy and development across the company, leading a team to build the entire software stack for trapped-ion quantum computers. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and validation of software for current and future QPU systems, managing the full software development lifecycle, and building a high-performing software team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership, experience with complex R&D systems, and a background in multidisciplinary software development, particularly with Python.
