As a Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) at Pennylane, you will be the voice of our customers in Germany, ensuring their success with the Pennylane platform. This role involves comprehensive onboarding for new clients, proactive support for existing customers, and identifying upsell opportunities. You will also contribute to internal projects, optimize processes, and provide product feedback to drive strategic growth in Germany. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in accounting or a customer-facing role, ideally with a background as a tax specialist or in finance, and fluent in German and English.
