Quince is seeking a product-obsessed Merchandise Manager for Men's Outerwear & Suiting to lead and scale this category. This role involves end-to-end ownership of assortment, pricing, and strategy, combining product intuition with data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will drive exceptional growth by curating a high-performing assortment that meets revenue, margin, and quality targets, while collaborating cross-functionally from ideation to launch. We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience in Men's apparel, preferably with e-commerce or DTC experience, who is highly analytical and passionate about product.
