Metaview, an AI company focused on recruiting, is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to establish and lead its in-house accounting function. This role involves owning day-to-day financial operations, including collections, AP, payroll, bookkeeping, and month-end close across US and UK entities. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with multi-entity experience who has previously owned a month-end close and is eager to build a modern, AI-driven finance function from the ground up. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and play a crucial role in scaling the company's financial processes.
