K2 is seeking a Senior PCBA Rework Technician to play a key role in the development and production of avionics systems for their Mega-class satellite platform. This position requires deep technical expertise in reworking high-reliability PCBAs, collaborating with Design and Test Engineers, and supporting avionics testing and flight builds. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in precision hand soldering and rework of PCBs, including SMT components and fine-pitch BGAs, to IPC-7711/7721 standards. This role is crucial for a fast-paced Series C space startup building the largest and highest-power satellites ever flown.
