Flexport is seeking a Capital Credit Manager for their Underwriting and Portfolio Management team. This hands-on role involves managing a large portfolio of 40-60+ accounts, independently underwriting various loan types (IF, LF, Term Loan, ABL), and driving the full credit lifecycle from underwriting to ongoing monitoring and client communication. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of commercial lending experience, strong independent underwriting capabilities, and a proven ability to resolve complex credit problems while contributing to process improvements and credit analytics.
