Neko is seeking a Laboratory Technical Supervisor to lead the setup and operation of their new clinical laboratory in Miami. This two-phase role involves first establishing the lab, including validation of Abbott Alinity platforms and ensuring regulatory compliance under CLIA, CMS, and Florida State regulations. Subsequently, the supervisor will manage day-to-day operations, maintain testing quality, ensure inspection readiness, and develop the Laboratory Technologist team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with 5+ years of high-complexity clinical lab experience, a Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license, and a strong background in validation and quality systems.
