As a Principal Thermal-Mechanical Engineer, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of thermal engineers within the European Forward Deployment team, driving the adoption of Vinci’s Physics AI platform among top engineering organizations. You will leverage deep simulation expertise to help enterprise customers validate and optimize complex, real-world designs, focusing on thermal performance, product reliability, and time-to-market. This role involves guiding analyses of complex physical phenomena in advanced semiconductor devices and serving as a key feedback channel to product and engineering teams. We are looking for an expert with 15+ years in thermo-mechanical simulations, strong leadership skills, and experience in customer-facing roles within the semiconductor industry.
