Relay is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its recruiting function in a hyper-growth environment. This role involves leading a team of recruiters across GTM, Corporate, and Product/Engineering specialties, and owning the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, analytics, and processes. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in talent acquisition, deep GTM recruiting expertise, and a strong analytical and player-coach mindset.
