Isomorphic Labs is seeking a highly technical and collaborative Senior Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) Project Lead to drive the development and CMC strategy for their next-generation biologics and Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC) pipeline. This high-impact leadership role involves designing and overseeing end-to-end manufacturing frameworks for novel scaffolds and functionalized antibodies, optimizing site-specific modification and coupling chemistries, and leading the selection and technical oversight of global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or MSc in a relevant biopharmaceutical field and 8+ years of experience in biologics CMC, with a proven track record of moving complex modalities into clinical manufacturing. This position is crucial for bridging Isomorphic's AI-driven discovery engine with the physical manufacturing of clinic-ready drugs.
