Mariana Minerals is seeking a highly motivated Staff Process Engineer to support their next-generation minerals processing pilot plant in Houston. This hands-on role involves designing, deploying, and operating first-of-its-kind refining processes for critical minerals, bridging R&D with plant operations. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in process scale-up or plant design, a strong understanding of relevant unit operations, and the ability to lead equipment design, commissioning, and plant operation. You will be instrumental in scaling technologies from laboratory development through pilot demonstration to commercial production, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and safe industrial deployment.
