Metaview is seeking its first in-house Technical Recruiter to join their team in San Francisco. This full-cycle role involves building and maintaining a pipeline of top-tier technical candidates, proactive sourcing, screening, and fostering a world-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate is fiercely ambitious, passionate about technical recruiting, has a track record of full-cycle technical recruiting for a product company, and uses AI to be a 10x recruiter. You will work closely with Metaview's co-founder & CTO, Shahriar, and play a key part in building a legendary team.
