Atoms is seeking a Real Estate Development Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of EV infrastructure sites, acting as the CEO of their development projects. This role involves managing the full lifecycle from acquisitions and permitting to design, construction, and energization, directly enabling the rapid scaling of Smart Infra. The ideal candidate is a true builder with 10-15 years of real estate or technical infrastructure development experience, including 7-10 years in EV charging or high-power commercial development, and 5-7 years in team leadership. This position requires navigating complex operational challenges and delivering high-quality, technically complex sites at speed.
