Flex is seeking a Product Owner, Card Programs to take end-to-end ownership of their card programs, scaling them from one to five-plus across credit, stablecoin, and rewards. This role is for a seasoned professional who has personally launched a card program from scratch and possesses deep expertise across the entire card stack, including ledger, processing, servicing, fulfillment, BIN sponsor, and network relationships. You will be responsible for leading processor strategy, building operational infrastructure, and architecting significant portfolio growth, while also recruiting and building out the card programs team. This is a critical business unit builder seat for an individual with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
