We’re hiring a developer to help iterate on Noumena Coder, our AI-native coding assistant.

This isn’t autocomplete with a wrapper. It’s a ground-up rethink of what intelligent software tooling can be when you own the models, the interface, and everything in between.

Because we’re not built on third-party APIs, we can push the interaction model much further, designing structured generation tools, dynamic planning systems, and deeply opinionated UX flows that would be impossible elsewhere.

You’ll work closely with our model, infra, and product teams to surface real intelligence: usable, adaptive, and purpose-built for high-agency developers.
