K2 is seeking a Principal Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Los Angeles, CA, to help build the largest and highest-power satellites ever flown. This role involves partnering with design engineers to ensure manufacturability, build prototypes, design build flows, and finalize processes for production. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end manufacturing strategy for subsystems, lead DFM efforts, and architect scalable production flows for large spacecraft assemblies. They will also develop and deploy advanced manufacturing technologies and mentor junior engineers. This position requires 10+ years of experience in a high-volume, rapid production environment and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
