This remote role involves translating complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging for restaurant owners and guiding customers through their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in product, lifecycle, or content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments, with a strong background in product launches and GTM strategies. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a preferred qualification, as it aids in understanding and collaborating with many of Chowbus's restaurant partners and team members.
