Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to join their Commercial Sales team in Melbourne. This role involves driving new business with mid-market organizations (up to 1,000 employees) across APAC, focusing on acquiring net new customers and establishing lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic advisor and consultative sales expert, owning the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. They should have 3+ years of proven SaaS solution sales experience, particularly in new logo acquisition and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals, ideally within HR Tech.
