Nous Research is seeking a Software Engineer, Infrastructure to own and build the platform and infrastructure powering Hermes Agent, Nous Portal, and their model serving. This role involves designing scalable, reliable systems, deployment pipelines, and platform services to ensure smooth operation of cutting-edge AI applications. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with infrastructure or platform systems, strong programming skills in languages like TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Go, or Rust, and hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and containerization technologies. You will collaborate closely with Research, Product, and Engineering teams to support new AI capabilities and production launches, optimizing for performance, scalability, and cost.
