Genesis is seeking an On-site Support Engineer to ensure the continuous operation of their robot deployments, including their Eno robot, at partner and customer sites. This hands-on role involves diagnosing and resolving issues across hardware, software, and data, and acting as the crucial link between field operations and the model, platform, and hardware teams.
