Mytra is seeking a Senior People Partner to join their People Team during a period of rapid growth, focusing on scaling performance management, compensation, and employee engagement programs. This role requires a proactive, business-minded individual to own core People Programs, act as a trusted advisor to leaders, and manage HRIS and policies in a fast-moving manufacturing and robotics environment. Ideal candidates will have proven HR Business Partner experience in a technical setting, strong knowledge of California employment law, and a builder's mindset to create and improve programs from start to finish.
